Demolition, Grading and Foundation

Once the project plans are approved and permits are in order, we begin to revitalize the lot. This process involves tearing down any existing structures and grading the land in preparation for laying a new foundation. Once complete, we begin the process of framing, forming, and pouring a concrete foundation.

Safe & Systematic Demolition

Before any new structure takes shape, the site must be safely cleared. Our demolition process begins with a thorough inspection for hazardous materials and a full review of existing site conditions.

Utilities are disconnected, permits are secured, and heavy machinery is used to methodically remove old structures while minimizing disruption to the surrounding environment.

Responsible Cleanup & Disposal

Once demolition is complete, debris is removed and sorted for recycling or proper disposal. Every step meets local environmental and safety standards to ensure a clean start for your new build.

Preparing The Groundwork

With the site cleared, grading begins to shape the land for stability and drainage. We compact the soil, test its strength, and make adjustments as needed to prepare for the foundation.

Reinforced concrete footings and walls are then poured to create a strong base that supports your home for decades to come.
