This process involves tearing down any existing structures and grading the land in preparation for laying a new foundation. Once complete, we begin the process of framing, forming, and pouring a concrete foundation.
Now that a footprint has been created for your home, the next step is connecting or reconnecting the property to sewer, drainage, gas and hydro infrastructure.
The timber arrives and your house begins to take shape, as the framing and roofing structure begins construction. The dream of your custom home is coming to reality.
Once the framing is complete, we allow you to walk through the house with us, detailing exactly where you’d like power outlets, cable, internet lines and plumbing. A perk of building a custom home is having everything exactly where you’d like it.
At this point, it’s time to finalize the exterior facade. We begin installing whichever siding, wood detailing, and stone features you’ve decided on. Throughout this process, insulation and drywall are installed and the interior of your home begins to take shape.
Fixtures and appliances begin to arrive, as bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen start to take shape. Lighting is installed and paint covers the drywall, perfectly as you envisioned from the start of the project.
As the finishing touches are applied to the house, we begin to harmonize the home with the natural environment. Whether you desire a bountiful garden of flowers, or a minimal greenspace that accommodates those with seasonal allergies, we assure your landscaping complements the statement of your new home.
Taking you through the home, we assure you’re pleased with every detail and satisfied with our quality product. Once approved, we acquire the occupancy permit, cleanse the energy of the home with our team’s Reiki Healer and invite you to move into your dream home.
