Interior Rough-Ins

Once the framing is complete, we allow you to walk through the house with us, detailing exactly where you’d like power outlets, cable, internet lines and plumbing. A perk of building a custom home is having everything exactly where you’d like it.

The Systems Behind The Structure

After framing is complete, our team coordinates the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations that form your home’s backbone.

Plumbers run water and drain lines to every fixture location, electricians wire for outlets, lighting, and smart technology, and HVAC specialists install ductwork for heating and cooling. Every element is positioned with precision to maximize efficiency and comfort.

Coordinated Expertise

This phase brings multiple trades together under one plan. By working in sync, we make sure each system fits seamlessly within the structure, reducing the risk of rework later in the build.

Inspections & Homeowner Walkthroughs

Before walls are closed, city inspectors review all rough-in work to verify safety and compliance. We also invite homeowners to walk through the site—an important opportunity to confirm outlet placement, lighting positions, and plumbing layouts before drywall installation.

This transparency helps you feel confident that everything inside your walls is as thoughtfully planned as what you’ll soon see on the outside.
