Each siding panel is measured, fitted, and secured with precision, allowing for natural expansion and contraction. Trim is added around windows and doors to create a polished, watertight edge that enhances both durability and design.
Once siding installation is complete, exterior caulking and sealing ensure lasting protection from moisture. Every seam, joint, and corner is finished cleanly to achieve the seamless appearance PHW Homes is known for.
This phase adds the finishing touches that elevate your home’s exterior. Surfaces are cleaned, inspected, and refined, with any minor adjustments or restorations completed before painting or staining.
