Taking you through the home, we assure you’re pleased with every detail and satisfied with our quality product. Once approved, we acquire the occupancy permit, cleanse the energy of the home with our team’s Reiki Healer and invite you to move into your dream home.
Once construction is complete, certified inspectors assess the home’s structure, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC to confirm compliance with local building codes. Exterior grading, drainage, and safety features are also reviewed.
Passing this inspection results in an occupancy permit, officially confirming your home is ready to be lived in.
If any adjustments are required, our team addresses them promptly to maintain project timelines. We coordinate all re-inspections to ensure the home fully meets municipal requirements before moving to the final walkthrough.
You’ll join us for a detailed walkthrough of your finished home, room by room. Together, we review fixtures, finishes, and systems, creating a short list of any final touch-ups before closing.
Once approved, you’ll sign the final paperwork and receive your keys—marking the official completion of your custom home journey.
